The **18 October 2026** check found a specific document gap for [whistle.law](https://whistleblowertools.eu/tools/whistlelaw/): the public DPA address, `/avv`, returned **HTTP 404**. The page rendered the site's header and footer without the expected document.

The public document address returned HTTP 404. The site's surrounding navigation still rendered. Captured: 2026-10-18T13:12:16.872Z. Source: https://www.whistle.law/avv

## What remained accessible

The product homepage loaded, and its linked application rendered authentication, registration and a 14-day test offer. That is evidence of a document availability problem rather than evidence that the product has shut down.

The directory retains whistle.law as a current listing and flags the unresolved DPA reference. A public missing-document response does not establish that customers lack a signed agreement or that no current copy is available through another route.

## What remains to resolve

A working public document location or a current copy supplied during procurement would resolve the evidence gap. We did not create an account, accept terms, submit a report or contact the vendor. The public login check does not establish authenticated product behavior or report delivery.
