Availability
Website failures and accessible customer applications
Canal Ético, Tell Us, GoComply and Lantero showed public-site problems. Follow-up checks found important differences in application availability.

Observed:
Public-site failures prompted a closer look on 18 October 2026. The findings are material maintenance and procurement concerns, but none of these checks established a product shutdown.
Canal Ético: current service unconfirmed
Canal Ético App returned HTTP 500 on its homepage, contact and help pages. Failures had also been recorded on 18 September. A 2023 brochure and the developer’s website remained accessible, but they did not establish a working current offer or support service.
The directory now says “Website unavailable; current service unconfirmed” and excludes it from current recommendations. This corrects the earlier “defunct” classification, which was stronger than the evidence supported. We did not establish the duration of any uninterrupted outage.

Tell Us: homepage failure, customer page accessible
Tell Us marketing and demo pages returned HTTP 502. A publicly linked customer application nevertheless rendered reporting categories after JavaScript loaded.

Current sales, pricing and report delivery remain unconfirmed. The working customer page is evidence against treating the homepage failure as proof that every customer environment is down.
GoComply: marketing redirect, application accessible
GoComply’s former marketing website redirected to general Larcier-Intersentia pages. Its dashboard led to a publisher login using the GoComply template, while a customer-published channel rendered an online reporting form.

An accessible login does not establish new sales or support. The directory no longer presents the historical commercial tiers as a confirmed current offer.
Lantero: French domain problem, Swedish site accessible
Lantero’s French domain failed certificate hostname validation; supplied browser observations also showed a hosting placeholder. Its Swedish product site and application sign-in remained accessible. This supports a French website limitation, without establishing closure of the wider product or of a legal entity.

What remains open
We opened public pages read-only. No account was created, no report was submitted and no vendor was contacted. Service continuity, support response and recovery of the failed pages still need confirmation. Related investigations found HinSchG’s tribeta-branded login and OpenWhistle’s recovered public website.
