The 18 October 2026 check found that former Vispato product URLs returned HTTP 410, indicating retired pages. The accessible HRworks page explicitly states that Vispato GmbH was merged into HRworks GmbH.
A confirmed ownership statement
The directory had already archived the standalone Vispato listing before this check. The October review confirmed that the HRworks statement remained accessible and recorded the retired product URLs. 18 October is our check date, not an asserted merger announcement or completion date.
This evidence is stronger than a generic redirect alone: the publisher identifies the companies and describes the merger directly.
What remains in the directory
The Vispato profile remains available as a historical record and is excluded from current rankings and comparisons. Its old EUR 79/month price and other historical product facts are not presented as a current standalone offer.
The HRworks page describes a whistleblowing product, but this check did not establish equivalence with every historical Vispato feature, current contract terms or the migration of an individual customer’s service. A buyer needs a current HRworks offer rather than relying on the archived Vispato package.
