# Hintbox pricing: EUR 129/month for 50–99 employees

The **18 October 2026** pricing check found a different public offer from the one previously recorded for [Hintbox](https://whistleblowertools.eu/tools/hintbox/). A company with **50–99 employees** is shown **EUR 129 per month, billed EUR 1,548 annually, excluding VAT**.

## What changed in our record

The earlier directory entry recorded Basic from EUR 49/month and Premium from EUR 69/month, with annual billing. The current page uses employee bands:

These are **annual subscriptions expressed as monthly amounts**. Handler accounts are unlimited. The public page lists optional onboarding at EUR 390 once, training at EUR 199/hour, and separately charged email, telephone-bot and domain options. It states 19% VAT is additional.

## What the comparison establishes

The published entry price is higher than our earlier record, and the package structure has changed. We have not established the effective change date, whether existing customers retain earlier terms, or whether the old and new packages have identical scope. An exact percentage increase for an equivalent package would therefore be misleading.
