Editorial standard
Each post separates the publication date, the observation date, and any known event date. Discovering an old merger or a different price today does not establish when it happened. Sources and screenshots record what was available when checked; they are not continuous monitoring.
We publish recoveries and corrections as well as problems. A failed marketing website, a working login and successful report delivery are different observations. We use “discontinued” only when direct evidence supports it. Pricing comparisons keep currencies, employee bands, billing commitments and tax separate.
